Manually Reload the Database

Changes do not effect the contents of the database until the server's next scheduled update cycle. You can force an immediate update by doing a manual reload.

Using the Pre-installed Service

Connect to the pre-installed service. Click here for help connecting.

Scroll until you find the following.

Press the Submit button.

The following screen will appear.

Press the Link button next to Root.

Check the reload status until the reload is complete.

Scroll until you find the following.

Press the Link button next to Status.

The following screen will appear.

Press the Link button next to Root.

Using the Sample Web Application

Connect to the Sample Web Application. Click here for help connecting.

The following page will appear.

Press the Select button next to Manual Reload.

The following screen will appear.

Press the Start button.

The button is replaced by a message showing the runtime as shown below.

When the reload is complete a Continue button will appear as shown below.

Press the Continue button.
