Retiring Gentoo in the Cloud AMIs

In January 2014 our Pygoscelis Papua Linux EC2 images succeeded our Gentoo in the Cloud EC2 images. In November 2014 we will retire the Gentoo in the Cloud images. They will remain on the us-east-1 region for reference purposes, but will be removed from the other regions. The Pygoscelis Papua Linux images will continue to be produced.
